Shipping Rates: Bibbsart.com offers free standard shipping for all original paintings purchased on Bibbsart.com. Priority shipping (overnight, two-day, three-day) is available to you upon request. There is an additional charge for priority shipping. Please phone us at 951-682-8185 for priority shipping rates. Note: Customers are responsible for international duties,taxes, and refused orders.
Order Processing & Delivery Expectations
Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time may vary. If you select 3day or Overnight delivery for your order, you will receive priority processing which may shorten the processing time by up to 3 days.
Note: Orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, we will email you a ship notification. Your item will ship via UPS,FEDEX, or a special freight carrier depending on the size and weight of your package. We use carriers with the best service and lowest cost to our customers. Delivery will occur between Monday and Friday.
If you are interested in tracking your package, please contact us with your order number at 951-682-8185. We will track your package for you.
Return Policy
Bibbsart.com is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 Days of receipt and receive a full refund, as long as the product is returned in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Instructions
If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Simply take a digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send support@bibbsart.com Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping id or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your request is being processed. Note: Bibbsart.com may request additional information to process your request.
2. Once we have approved your return we will contact you to make arrangement to return the item. If the return carrier is UPS, a return label will be sent to you immediately via USPS. Email Option (for faster turnaround): Upon your request, we can also send you the return label via your email. You will then simply print the label out on your printer.
3. Once the the return label is received... pack your items(s) in the original tube or box, tape securely, and and attach the return(s) label securely to the outside of the package. Note: the packing slip must be secured and covered with tape, or enclosed in a plastic packing envelope. (the UPS Store or facility can supply you with this). Note: Bibbsart.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us
4. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS store. You can find a list of UPS drop-off locations HERE.
5. Once your package is received by us, we will send out your replacement. Refunds typically take thirty days and are refunded in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We will do everything we can to expedite the credit on your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
